NFTA Metro Announcing Changes to Select Routes Due to Weather Conditions

UPDATE: Friday December13
- Route 14 ( Abbott) is now running service to McKinley Mall .We are not yet serving SUNY Erie South Campus
- Route 16 (South Park) is back to normal service.
- Routes 70 (East Aurora Express), 72 (Orchard Park Express), 74 (Hamburg Express), and 76 (Lakeshore Express) are not operating today.

BUFFALO, N.Y.- The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) is implementing adjustments to select Southtown routes as a result of severe weather conditions. These changes are effective immediately and will remain in place until further notice.
Key updates to service include:
- Route 15 (Seneca) and 42 (Lackawanna): All trips will operate on their regular routes but may experience delays.
- Route 16 (South Park): All trips will now begin and end at the Lackawanna Victory Transit Center/Botanical Gardens, no service to McKinley Mall or Hamburg.
- Route 14 (Abbott): All trips will begin and end at The Shops (Tops on Orchard Park Rd.), no service to McKinley Mall or SUNY Erie South Campus
- Routes 70 East Aurora Express, 72 Orchard Park Express, 74 Hamburg Express, and 76 Lakeshore Express: All afternoon trips are canceled.
