The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (N.F.T.A.) located in Erie and Niagara County, New York, is seeking proposals from qualified parties interested in operating a bus transportation business at the Metropolitan Transportation Center (MTC) located at 181 Ellicott St, Buffalo, NY 14203. Internal office space is currently available. Tenant shall use the leased premises solely for the purpose of operating a bus transportation business and for no other use.

The NFTA is seeking offers from telecommunication providers interested in entering into an Agreement for available space located along Buffalo’s Main Street light rail rapid transit tunnel (LRRT). The agreement will grant the use of fiber optic cable within an innerduct conduit running along the Main Street light rail rapid transit tunnel (LRRT)

Proposals to be submitted for a minimum term of three (3) years. The minimum asking price is $.61 per square foot for access and use of the 425 Cayuga Road parking lot.
