The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority ("NFTA" or "Authority") is soliciting proposals from contractors to provide any combination, or all of:
• freshly prepared food & beverages (restaurant),
• retail (including newspapers, souvenirs, phone & greeting cards, candy, basic traveler health and hygiene products) and machine vending store at various locations
The Metropolitan Transportation Center (MTC) is located on the first floor of 181 Ellicott Street, Buffalo, NY, 14203.

The NFTA is seeking offers from telecommunication providers interested in entering into an Agreement for available space located along Buffalo’s Main Street light rail rapid transit tunnel (LRRT). The agreement will grant the use of fiber optic cable within an innerduct conduit running along the Main Street light rail rapid transit tunnel (LRRT) 

The fiber optic conduit length along Main Street between North St and S. Park Avenue is 10,369 linear feet. The fiber optic conduit length along eagle street between main and oak street is 1,073 linear feet for a total of 11,442 linear feet. Proposals for the fiber optic conduit to be submitted for a minimum term of ten (10) years with two (2) ten-year extensions. The minimum asking price is $9.78 per linear foot for access and use of the Main Street LRRT System. 

All submissions are due no later than April 16, 2024

Suite 911RA is available to lease late spring/early summer 2024 and contains 3,011 square feet of Light Industrial Space. The rental rate is $9.55 per square foot. Rates are inclusive “gross” rates that include common area maintenance (CAM), water, gas, and electric.

Suite 40B is currently available to lease and contains 3,642 square feet of Light Industrial Space. The rental rate is $9.55 per square foot, Rates are inclusive “gross” rates that include common area maintenance (CAM), water, gas, and electric.

Suite 15C is currently available to lease and contains 848 square feet Light Industrial Space. The rental rate is $19.55 per square foot. Rates are inclusive “gross” rates that include common area maintenance (CAM), water, gas, and electric.
