The NFTA's Property Management Group serves as the provider of real estate services for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA).

The NFTA’s portfolio includes:

• Over 200 acres of developed and undeveloped real estate
• 480,000+ square feet of multi-use space including industrial, warehouse, distribution, storage aeronautical and associated office space
• 85+ leases of building space, ground rentals, occupancy/license agreements
• Over 14+ miles of railroad right of ways containing more than 80 separate pipe, wire, and ground leases

Fiber Optic Providers

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority is seeking offers from telecommunication providers interested in entering a Conduit System and Right of Way Occupancy Agreement for fiber optic space available within the NFTA's rail system and right of ways.
