The Western New York native leads the engineering, facilities, and property departments for the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority. Johanne has over 30 years of experience in aviation and tourism. He has worked extensively in North America, Europe, the Middle East, South Asia, and the Pacific Rim. His previous roles include Vice President of the Vancouver Airport Authority and Executive Director of Airport and Aviation Services, which oversees airport and aviation operations for Sri Lanka's aviation industry.
