The lot consists of two parcels, 21 & 31 East Balcom Street, Buffalo, New York, and is located on the south side of East Balcom Street, between Main Street and Masten Avenue. The property is bordered by an industrial building to the north, residential dwellings to the east, the NFTA Metro Bus Garage to the south, and Mid-City Apartment buildings to the West.
The term of the agreement is negotiable, and the minimum asking price is $.59 per square foot for access and use.
