Passenger Facility Charge Application - Public Notice

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority conducted a Consultation Meeting on March 19, 2013 to discuss potential PFC funded projects with BNIA air carriers. The written notice that was sent to applicable air carriers on February 15, 2013 is attached here.

In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 158 - PFC section 158.24, notice is hereby given that the NFTA is proposing to submit a PFC application to the FAA for projects and improvements at the BNIA. Proposed project descriptions and PFC project funding plan is attached here.

Individuals, organizations, associations and firms are urged to present their views on the proposed projects. Interested parties may forward their comments to:
