Development Opportunities
Development of an active cargo operation at the Niagara Falls International Airport will be the catalyst for property opportunities in and around the facility. A successful cargo operation stimulates the need for warehousing, light manufacturing and assembly, and related services. A significant portion of the cargo arriving at the airport will take advantage of foreign trade zone status and requisite component assembly.
