Would you like to help welcome travelers to our Western NY Area? Then join the BNIA Ambassadors Program!

BNIA Customer Service Superintendent and Ambassadors Program Organizer, Beverly Halligan noted, "The volunteers who have joined our program thus far are having a great time. The Ambassadors Program has been everything we hoped for and more. The fact that our volunteers are providing valuable information and having fun, while at the same time promoting our region is terrific. The Ambassadors are helping to create a notable first impression for travelers using our airport."

Due to the success of the program to date, the BNIA would like to increase the amount of ambassadors at the airport.
