Chief’s Message

On behalf of the members of the Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority Police Department, I wish to welcome you to our Web page.

The NFTA Police Department is responsible for police services for passengers using the Buffalo Niagara and Niagara Falls International Airports, Metro Bus and Light Rail systems, three transportation centers and all of the NFTA’s facilities and properties.

Our department is comprised of highly trained sworn officers who are dedicated to providing a safe and secure environment for the traveling public. We strive to accomplish this by collaborating with our transportation community and local leadership, in addition to serving with pride and professionalism each and every day.
